If you'd like to switch things up with your PlantPaper subscription, you can start by reading through these FAQs below. If there's anything we've missed, please leave our team a note here.
- How do I sign in?
If you already have an account, simply click Sign In at the right-hand corner of our home page.
From there, you’ll enter your email address and password to gain access to your account, where you can manage your subscription.
- How do I create an account?
You can create an account by going to Sign In on our home page. After that, click the link that reads Create Account. You’ll find it beneath the Sign In button.
After adding your name, email address and a password of your choosing, you’re free to sign in and manage your subscription as you'd like.
- What if I forgot my login information?
No sweat! First, make sure you're entering the email address you used when signing up for your PlantPaper subscription. (Hint: it's the email address where you've received all correspondence from us.)
Next, click Sign In on our home page, then find the text that reads “Having issues managing your subscriptions?” and click here.
We’ll send an account invitation to your email and from there you can log in and make changes to your subscription.
- How do I know when my next order is set to ship?
Once you’ve signed into your account, click the big button that reads Manage Subscriptions. Below your name, click on delivery schedule.
Please note: the dates listed are when your order will be processed at our warehouse and will likely occur 1 to 2 business days after the specified date.
- How can I change the date that my next shipment goes out?
Once you’ve signed in to your account, click the big button that reads Manage Subscriptions. This will be your home base for making any changes.
From here, click on Delivery Schedule to see when your next shipment is set to be processed at our warehouse. If the next date doesn’t work for you, click edit to make a change to an upcoming shipment, then change next charge date to shift your schedule.
Once you make this change, then we’ll automatically update subsequent monthly shipments based on the frequency of your subscription (every 6 or 12 weeks).
- How can I change how often I receive shipments or the quantity of rolls I receive?
Once you’ve signed in to your account, click the big button that reads Manage Subscriptions. On the right-hand column that reads Actions, click Swap to change the frequency.
You’ll have a choice of receiving 32 rolls every 3 months, 32 rolls every 6 weeks, or 16 rolls every 6 weeks, just like when you initially purchased your subscription. Click on the option that best suits your needs, then press Swap Product to make it a done deal.
Please note that changing the frequency of your shipment will change how often your card is charged. In addition, if you upgrade to a greater number of rolls or size down to a space saver option, then your subsequent charges will reflect the difference in price.
- How do I skip a shipment?
Once you’ve signed in to your account, click the big button that reads Manage Subscriptions. From here, click on Delivery Schedule to see when your next shipment is set to be processed at our warehouse. Click Skip on any dates in which you don't need to receive your rolls.
Please note that this change will not shift the frequency of your delivery schedule. Any subsequent dates that are not skipped will be processed at our warehouse on the date specified in your schedule.
- How much time do I need to make a modification before an upcoming order is processed?
In order to make sure that your preferred changes take effect before your next order ships, please submit any changes to your subscription at least 24 hours or more before your next charge date.
- How do I change my shipping address?
Once you’ve signed in to your account, click the big button that reads Manage Subscriptions. From here, click on the subscriptions link below your name. Next to your address, click the edit button to update your address and save.
- How do I update my credit card information?
Once you’ve signed in to your account, click the big button that reads Manage Subscriptions. Click on billing information on the left-hand side and update card in the row that reads card on file. Nice job!
